(Lisbon, SoloAzar Exclusive).- After his appearance at SBC Summit Lisbon, Diego Verano, Eeze's business development director, highlighted the titles presented by the company. During the interview, Verano shared his vision of how new technologies and the expansion of emerging markets are redefining business opportunities for innovative companies like Eeze.

Diego Verano, Eeze's business development director, discusses market trends, technological innovation, and growth opportunities in the gaming industry exclusively for SoloAzar after his participation in the European event.

What did it mean for the company to be present at SBC Summit Lisbon, and what were its main objectives for that edition?

We concluded the event with a very positive outcome. Eeze's presence in Lisbon served as a powerful platform to generate new connections, exchange ideas, and discuss the latest industry trends, all while gaining a deeper understanding of the industry's defining characteristics. Personally, my mission is to focus on the growth and development of our brand in key markets like Latin America, a role that not only demands great responsibility but also requires a lot of work, and in this regard, we have been successful.

The strong reception we received from the general public demonstrates this, and the new connections in key markets in the region I represent confirm that we are on the right track. 

In this sense, I'm not afraid to be wrong in saying that we are steadily achieving the goals we set for ourselves when we began this expansion plan, which was officially launched at ICE Barcelona at the beginning of the year.


What were the most notable innovations you presented at the event, and how did you manage to differentiate yourself in such a competitive market?

Eeze in Portugal showcased its flagship live dealer titles, including Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Hindi Teen Patti, Hindi Andar Bahar, and Fusion Roulette, a futuristic game with multiplier payouts and a wide variety of customization options. The game adapts perfectly to reflect the customer's unique style and enhance player engagement, making the experience truly their own.

The event was a great opportunity to present an exclusive preview of their upcoming slot portfolio, scheduled for release in late 2025. We'll be sharing more details about this project soon.

From your perspective, what technological trends do you think will shape the future of the iGaming industry in the coming years?

I understand that when we talk about trends, we should mention four things: mobile gaming, AI-based personalization, gamification, and ever-changing global regulations.  

In this case, I highlight that in a gaming industry increasingly focused on interaction, static gameplay is disappearing, and the demand for dynamic, gamified experiences is very strong. With this new market dynamic, operators entering new markets must recognize that players now want engagement beyond spinning the reels: they want missions, to see progress, and to recognize a reason to stay playing. This is where gamification stands out, as Eeze developed EEZE+ to help its partners attract new customers and retain existing ones. This suite includes features such as Tournaments, Campaigns, and Leaderboards.

Which markets does the company plan to focus on in the short and medium term to drive its growth in Latin America?

The region is experiencing a unique moment, which we were able to witness firsthand at events throughout 2025, held in Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Ciudad del Este, and various capital cities across the continent. 

This opportunity to attend these events immediately allowed us to open conversations with clients in Brazil, Mexico, and Argentina, as well as expand our network of contacts in Peru, Ecuador, Paraguay, and Chile, where we are interested in helping develop Eeze's presence in these markets, which have enormous potential.

What message would you share with your current and future clients, as well as your strategic partners, following your participation in SBC Summit Lisbon?

The SBC Lisbon Summit had a fantastic inaugural edition last year, and this year it managed to surpass itself, which is an incredible feat. 

We look forward to returning to many of the events we've attended this season next year. We understand the importance of this exercise, as it drives brand expansion, which is why we're currently considering a visit to G2E Las Vegas, which will take place October 6-9, 2025, at The Venetian Expo.
